Returns are handled through our support team and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first at support@eversmileco.com. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return locations may vary depending on the product received and your location.
If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address by email. We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
